Dr. Alvaro Rodriguez Prieto

Associate Professor

Álvaro Rodríguez Prieto is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at EHU.

He obtained his degree in Physics from EHU in 2002 and completed his PhD at the same university between 2002 and 2007, supported by a predoctoral fellowship from the Basque Government. He then carried out postdoctoral research at University College London (UCL) from 2008 to 2010, also funded by the Basque Government.

Between 2010 and 2011, he worked as a researcher and project manager at TECNALIA R&D. Since 2011, he has held academic positions at EHU, progressing through Assistant Professor roles and currently serving as Associate Professor.

He has an established publication record in peer-reviewed international journals.
